This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

• Email address (e.g., if you sign in using Google Sign-In or Firebase Auth)

• Profile picture (if provided via authentication provider)

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as Your Device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.

Specific Features and Services Used by the App

To provide a fully functioning experience, Streaker utilizes several specific technologies and third-party services which may collect, process, or store your data:

1. Data Storage (Local & Cloud Firestore) Your habits, streaks, and account information may be stored locally on your device (using SharedPreferences) to provide offline capabilities, and securely synced to our cloud database (Firebase / Cloud Firestore) if you have an active account. This ensures you do not lose your progress if you change devices.

2. Authentication (Firebase Auth & Google Sign-In) We use Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In to allow you to securely log in to the App. These services may collect your email, name, and profile photo for the sole purpose of identifying your account and securing your data.

3. Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase) We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data and diagnostic information to help us understand how users interact with the app, identify crashes, and improve the overall user experience. This data does not personally identify you.

4. Push Notifications With your explicit permission, the Application may send local or push notifications to your Device. These notifications are used to send you reminders about your habits, streaks, and updates. You can manage or disable these notifications at any time through your Device’s settings.

5. AI Coaching Bot (Bot Service) Streaker includes a “Daily Coach Check” or Bot Service feature. If you interact with this feature, minimal relevant habit data may be processed by external Artificial Intelligence services to generate personalized coaching, advice, or feedback. We do not use this data for marketing or sell it to third parties.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.
• To contact You: To contact You by email, push notifications, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication regarding updates, reminders, or informative communications related to your habits.
• To provide You with personalized coaching via our AI Bot Service based on your streak progress.
• For other purposes: We may use Your information for data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You.

You may update, amend, or delete Your information at any time by signing in to Your Account, if you have one, and visiting the account settings section. Alternatively, you can contact Us to request deletion of your account and associated data (including data stored in Firebase/Firestore).

Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. Your cloud data is secured by Firebase’s standard security rules and authentication methods. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
